Let's begin with a brief introduction on what is yoga?
The word Yoga means to "yoke", "to unite", to bring together mind, body and spirit. Yoga originated in India and has been around for thousands of years. Yoga has become increasingly popular in the West as a form of exercise and stress reduction. However, Yoga is more than simply exercise. We can think of it as a practice that we continue to fine tune to create balance, serenity, peace, flexibility and strength in all areas of our lives.
